History

LABORATORY OF CLINICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL MORPHOLOGY

Head – Valentina Galchinskaya, Candidate of Biological Sciences



The Laboratory of Clinical and Experimental Morphology has existed since foundation of the Institute.
The first head of the Laboratory was a talented doctor, Alexander Sinelnikov. Since 1983 Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Nickolay Jabluchansky and since 1993 - Doctor of Medical Sciences Igor Kondakov were heads of the Laboratory. Since 2010 Candidate of Biological Sciences (PhD) Valentina Galchinskaya heads the Laboratory

 

The main scientific direction – the elaboration of the modern scientific methodology in the experimental and clinical morphology fields; examination of molecular and cellular mechanisms of nascency and development diseases of kidneys, liver, stomach and cardiovascular system; establishment of final diagnosis on base of the biopsy material exploration; drug effectiveness control.
The Department of Pathological anatomy headed by Vitaliy Sakal is the clinical base of Laboratory.
The important contribution to development of the clinical morphology made Doctor of Medical Science, Professor Vladimir Markovsky.
